The bundle consists of an electric bike battery and charger. The bundle will allow you to charge your electric bike battery in more than one location ie at home and at work.
Q2. What’s the Bundle Price Match offer?
This offer guarantees you the lowest UK price for the purchase of an electric bike battery and charger bundle. We shall refund you the difference if we're not the cheapest UK online retailer selling the identical items. If you can find a lower price from a single UK based online retailer selling the identical and in-stock items together, then contact us on 0800 133 7674 or shop@electricgarage.co.uk and we’ll reduce our bundle price to be less than the other online retailer’s bundle price. The available bundles are shown of our e-shop.
Q3. When purchasing a bundle, do all the warranties apply?
Yes. We're very confident about the quality of the manufacturer’s products that we shall offer you two years warranty on the battery and one year on the charger.
Q4. Can I purchase a bundle from outside the UK and receive the lowest UK price offer?
Yes, The Price Match guarantee only applies to UK geographically located online retailers and not EU located online retailers. You’ll be charged an additional EU or non-EU shipping charge based on your country for delivery. For additional shipping costs, please visit our payment & shipping page.
Q5. What happens if I need to return the battery or charger during their warranty period?
To return the battery under warranty, please read the battery FAQ’s question 7. If the charger is defective and depending when the item is returned, then we’ll either fix, replace or refund the charger to the value shown on the sales invoice.
